In the North of Puglia, the provincial town of Cerignola is situated in a flat landscape full of olive trees. These are mainly intended for the production of olive oil. Cerignola, however, is also known for its giant Bella di Cerignola DOP La Bella della Daunia table olives. Not only in name quite the mouthful. After an accidental encounter in a local enoteca (winebar) with these enormous olives, we decided we had to visit the farm where these fantastic olives came from.
