With this package you are able to make the perfect Pasta alla Gricia. It might be the most unknown member of the holy Roman Trinity: Carbonara, Caccio e Pepe and Gricia, but it's definetily one of our all-time favorites. For Gricia you only need Guanciale, Pecorino, Pasta, Pepper & Salt.
