Although Italian cuisine is characterized by fresh produce, of course there are always exceptions. Southern Italian always have certain conserved products in their pantries. Olives for the aperitif, peeled tomatoes for pasta sauce or dried porcini mushrooms for an excellent risotto, all elements that every Italy lover needs in their pantry.

Our range in this category is still fairly limited for the time being, but we will soon be looking for farmers to expand this. Naturally, we only select the best products, from small-scale farmers with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
